For paperless billing options, log in to or create your My Policy account. If your policy is eligible, the Go Paperless icon will appear on the home screen. You may also contact your independent Celina agent for assistance.
To opt in to receive text message billing reminders, log in to or create your My Policy account. Navigate to the Text Options screen under the drop-down menu next to your username. Check the Text Message box located under your mobile phone number to opt in.
To file a claim, call the Celina Claims department at 800-231-2318 to speak to a representative 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You may also submit a claim by logging in to or creating your My Policy account or by contacting your independent Celina agent for assistance.
