Relationships First. Always.

When you call, we always answer. When you work with us, we don’t just know your name. We know your business needs, your goals and your story.

The Agent Relationship

Being an agent means having a two-way relationship with Celina Insurance Group.

It means building rapport, trust and a shared history.

Your Marketing Representative

Each territory has an assigned Marketing Representative. This dedicated point person gives each agency the opportunity to build a personal, one-on-one relationship with someone who cares.

Marketing representatives help agencies:

  • Navigate Celina’s systems and processes.
  • Quote and write business.
  • Train new producers.
  • Identify creative ways to market and grow their business.

Your Underwriters

At Celina, we don’t put your agency into an underwriting pool. We assign a set team to your agency, and they’ll work alongside you to write your business. A familiar name is always just a phone call or email away.

Celina underwriters:

  • Practice common sense underwriting.
  • Provide friendly and efficient support.
  • Assist in agency training and development.
  • Promptly answer phone calls.

Relationships are key. … Celina reminds me of the old school company where I can call and get ahold of my underwriter. I’m not waiting on hold, I’m not waiting more than 24 hours for a call back. It’s all about relationships.

Future Stability,
Rooted in Past Success

Celina Insurance Group was founded in 1914 in rural Ohio, where hard work and integrity are core cultural values. We’ve stayed true to our roots by putting relationships first and honoring our obligations. Through the years, we’ve built and maintained a strong financial position to serve our agents and policyholders.

Policyholder Experience

If your customer ever needs to file a claim with Celina, our team of experienced industry professionals is here to provide friendly, helpful and responsive service. Our goal is to provide productive first contact within eight business hours of receiving a new claim.

We also offer loss control services to commercial policyholders, including onsite safety consultations and a variety of online training and safety policy development resources.

I think Celina listens. They listen to the agent, and they care about what we need and what works for us and our customers.

Tara F.

I have, from day one, felt like all of Celina’s underwriters look for ways to write business. They look for ways to solve problems.

Valerie H.

One thing I think really makes Celina stand out from the others is their claim service. We routinely will get compliments from clients on how well they were treated.

Travis C.

Celina’s rating systems are very user-friendly, and this is coming from someone who is technologically challenged.
