Celina Insurance Group Recognizes Zachary Lyons for Insurance Designation Achievement

CELINA, Ohio, Feb. 12, 2025 — Zachary Lyons, Quality Assurance Analyst II at Celina Insurance Group, recently earned the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.

The ARM program is a specialized curriculum administered by The Institutes, an organization dedicated to providing accreditation and continuing education to insurance professionals. Lyons earned this recognition after completing courses on insurance services and ethics and passing the required exams.

“The risk mitigation strategies I’ve learned will help me create more effective test plans and address issues before they reach production. Additionally, my understanding of risk communication and contingency planning will improve collaboration with stakeholders and contribute to higher product quality,” Lyons said.

Lyons joined Celina in 2022. He graduated from Bowling Green State University and also holds Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and Associate in Insurance (AINS) designations.
