CELINA, Ohio, Oct. 9, 2024 — Scott Miller, Associate Marketing Representative at Celina Insurance Group, recently earned the Associate in Commercial Underwriting–Management (AU-M) designation.
The AU-M program is a specialized curriculum administered by The Institutes, an organization dedicated to providing accreditation and continuing education to insurance professionals. Miller earned this recognition after completing courses on commercial underwriting and passing the required exam.
“In partnership with our agents, Celina’s goal is to insure the people and businesses in the communities we serve. The insurance industry is facing a difficult market, and the things I learned will help me facilitate open communication and outline clear goals as we work through it,” Miller said.
Miller is a graduate of Wright State University-Lake Campus and has been with Celina for six years. He also holds Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) and Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) designations.
“Scott excels at cultivating relationships with Celina’s agency partners, and that collaborative element is crucial to serving our insureds,” Steve Entenmann, Director of Marketing and Sales, said. “As we continue to grow and refine our commercial insurance offerings, the knowledge Scott gained through this designation will be an asset.”
