CELINA, Ohio, Feb. 18, 2025 — Janelle Luebke, Commercial Underwriter II at Celina Insurance Group, recently earned the Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designation.
The AIS program is a specialized curriculum administered by The Institutes, an organization dedicated to providing accreditation and continuing education to insurance professionals. Luebke earned this recognition after completing courses on insurance services and ethics and passing the required exams.
“One of the things I enjoy most about my job is working with our independent agency partners,” Luebke said. “Building relationships is the core of my role, and this designation helped me expand my knowledge of the different ways to improve customer interactions.”
Luebke has worked for Celina for nine years. She attended DeVry University and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. She also holds Associate in Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) designations.
“Janelle cares about giving agents the best possible experience with Celina, and that shows in both her work and her efforts to learn new ways to deliver friendly and responsive service,” Bill Hull, Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager, said.
