CELINA, Ohio, June 17, 2025 — Craig Andrews, Senior Training Specialist at Celina Insurance Group, recently earned the Associate in Cyber Risk Management (ACRM) designation.

The ACRM program is a specialized curriculum administered by The Institutes, an organization dedicated to providing accreditation and continuing education to insurance professionals. Andrews earned this recognition after completing courses on cyber risks and coverages and passing the required exams.

“New risks and coverage challenges constantly arise in the property and casualty industry, and exploring how to address them is one of the things I enjoy most about my job,” Andrews said. “I plan to use the knowledge I gained of cyber vulnerabilities, threats, coverage gaps and insurance solutions to assist with the training I offer to my Celina colleagues.”

Andrews lives in Defiance, Ohio, and is a U.S. Navy veteran. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from the Catholic University of America. Andrews has worked for Celina for five years and has 48 years of industry experience. With his ACRM achievement, he now holds 11 total professional designations.

“You would be hard-pressed to find someone more knowledgeable about the insurance industry than Craig,” Jeremy Miller, Director of Product, said. “We benefit from his expertise every day, and his insights help us provide the quality coverages and services our policyholders deserve.”
