CELINA, Ohio, June 24, 2025 — Karla Dieringer, Commercial Underwriting Manager at Celina Insurance Group, recently earned the Associate in Commercial Underwriting–Management (AU-M) designation.
The AU-M program is a specialized curriculum administered by The Institutes, an organization dedicated to providing accreditation and continuing education to insurance professionals. Dieringer earned this recognition after completing courses on commercial underwriting and leadership skills and passing the required exams.
“Commercial insurance is a multifaceted field, and no two days are the same. Pursuing this designation allowed me to deepen my expertise and stay current with industry best practices,” Dieringer said. “I also find it fulfilling to mentor and help our employees grow in their roles, and the coursework has left me better equipped to accomplish that.”
Dieringer, a licensed property and casualty (P&C) insurance agent, has worked for Celina for 10 years. She is a graduate of Wright State University and also holds an Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) designation.
“To build and maintain a high-performing team, you need leaders like Karla who care about developing both themselves and their colleagues. She’s a true asset to our company and a trusted resource for our agency partners,” Trisha Harlamert, Vice President of Underwriting, said.
