Celina Insurance Group, a respected regional insurance company, is seeking an insurance marketing representative to join our team of property and casualty professionals in northeast Ohio. This individual will be responsible for the territorial management as well as the sales and marketing of Personal, Commercial, and Farm lines of business to independent agents.

The ideal candidate will be highly self motivated, organized, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. A strong candidate will possess three years or more of multi-line insurance marketing experience and leadership capabilities. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and reside in northeast Ohio. PC skills are a plus.

Director of Farm Operations

Celina Insurance Group is seeking a Director of Farm Operations to join our team of property and casualty professionals. This individual will be responsible for growth and profitability, and includes direction of underwriting, marketing, product management and service functions. This is a senior level position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and will play a lead role in establishing future direction for this important profit center. This individual should have general knowledge of the property/casualty insurance industry, an extensive background in farm insurance, management experience and a desire to lead a high performing team.
